Valley High and La Palmera Villas are located in Runaway Bay, in
the heart of Jamaica’s beautiful northern gold coast. They share a
property that enjoys breathtaking views of the magnificent hills
around and the turquoise Caribbean sea. High on the hill of the
prestigious Cardiff Hall Estates, just minutes walk up from the
private, membership, white sandy beach.
Valley High Villa was recently redesigned and upgraded with fresh,
stylish, global design. La Palmera is brand new and shares the
comfort and quality with exotic island feel. Both villas exchude
unique elegance that will surround the visitor with happiness and
relaxation.
Valley High Villa offers 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, La Palmera
offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Some rooms are enormous
and some smaller. We attach the floor plans in this site. Both villas
can accommodate large groups - family style. We have extra beds
in storage and beds can be added into the larger bedrooms per
guests wishes.
Both villas have many terraces and indoor and outdoor rooms that
offer incredible views of the ocean and the mountains, gardens and
even the river jungle below. Both have large private pools with
awesome views and large barbecue areas for outdoor cooking.
Separate entrances, separate and private, but also ideal for large
groups as just few yards from each other, connected with a hillside
garden path.
Valley High Villa consists of living room, huge verandah with dining
table that can seat up to 24 people, pavilion, 3 poolside terraces,
lower deck, grotto with hammock, fabulous garden gallery lounge,
back yard and hillside gardens, with lots of fruit trees. All with
unbelievable views.
La Palmera consists of living room, huge verandah with dining
area, lower level sitting room, third floor Jungle View Celebration
Lounge which regularly offers a sitting area, 2 large dining tables
that can seat up to 50 people, bar, double bathroom, catering
station and a terrace with pergola for large groups to enjoy dinner
parties, celebrations etc. Above is the 4th floor roof top with a
Pergola for special events like wedding ceremonies over looking the
ocean and mountains. The pool and its terrace is surrounded with
palm trees and gardens. La Palmera Villa is over looking a river
jungle below, you can even hear the water when it is quiet.

These villas enjoy one of the most dramatic villa locations in
Jamaica: 4 acres of lush tropical plantation high above the town and
beach, offering a mesmerizing views, day and night. Feels like
you are far away, private and tropical, but yet you are just minutes
from the main road and the beach.
Both villas have their own gated entrances. We have our live in staff
that provide security overnight.
Our private driver has 4 large vehicles (minibuses), and offers rock
bottom rates to our guests.
Our staff is well trained and the cooks are excellent. We have
menus to help you plan when the time comes to choose which
wonderful dishes you wish the cook to prepare for you. You may try
Jamaican dishes or you may prefer old favourites, the choice is
yours. You can choose to enjoy your meals at various locations,
inside or outside. The sunsets are breathtaking and always enjoyed
at dinner time. The tables are always set beautifully and each meal
is a feast!
The shopping for the food can be done by the guest, with or without
the cook, or send the cook to do all the shopping instead. The cost
of food is the responsibility of the guest. Our nearby supermarket
allows you to run a tap and pay at your convenience with a credit
card. If the staff shop at the open air markets, cash needs to be
provided for this shopping. All receipts provided.
There are tvs with cable service, dvd and vcr players, stereo
systems, video library, games, books, etc, for guest’s
entertainment.
We have some toys for children. Housekeepers are available for
baby-sitting at a nominal cost. Furnishing for babies and tots
available.
Services of a professional, licenced message therapist and personal
trainer with full range spa treatments available, all at the privacy of
the villa, and other services like a manicurist, hair stylist, live music
entertainment etc can be arranged to the villas.
As our guest, you will have access to the private membership
beach. Our beautiful white sand beach is just minutes walk down
the hill from the villas.
For the golfer, there is the Breezes Super Club Championship Golf
Course right at the bottom of the Cardiff Hall hills (also walking
distance).
Just a couple of minutes walk down the hill, we have The Cardiff,
small boutique hotel, that offers gym facility and yoga, for our
guests, at nominal fee. Also, they have a lovely restaurant, bar and
weekend entertainment.
For more action, there are plenty of things to do in Runaway Bay:
Scuba diving locally (certification can be done, first class at our
pool). Fishing, snorkeling, and all that, with a great seafood
restaurant, just down the road from the villa. Our friend, the
horseman, will take you riding and swimming with the horses!
There are lots of all inclusive grand resorts along the beach. For a
small fee you can join the fun at any of these super clubs, all
inclusive for the day or the night. There are lots of little bars, a
great popular jerk centre in town and even a superb night club with
great venues.
Ocho Rios, the fun town with lots of bars, restaurants, nightclubs
and and all the famous attractions is 15 minutes away. Please

We specialize in large groups; family reunions, celebrations of all
kind, including intimate weddings. We are happy to help plan and
organize any special event. We have our contacts and can easily
arrange anything you need for an unforgettable vacation, from
wonderful Jamaican Mento band to Steel Drums, even Folklore
Dancing with theatrical performance to African Dancers. At our
villas, we will make sure you will fall in love with Jamaica!

Wedding. Our staff can cater for small intimate weddings. For larger
weddings, local wedding coordinators and professionals are
available, as is the neighbour villa next door, Encore, as the third
additional villa and others if needed, to accommodate more guests.
